Our contents insurance covers mobile phones just like other items in or outside your home. So we’ll pay for the cost to replace or fix your mobile if it’s been damaged by a fire or flood, or stolen.
If you have a flex policy, we’ll replace your mobile phone with a refurbished one. If you have a max policy, you’ll get a new phone.
