How do I check if a specific item or scenario is covered?

When you get a quote from us, you’ll find the policy wording and product information sheet on screen before the purchase page to help you decide whether it's the right policy for you. If you've purchased a policy already, this will have been emailed to you and is available in your customer portal.

Top tips from our Customer Champions

  1. Read the definitions to be clear about what the key terms mean in relation to your policy - defined words will appear in bold to make them more recognisable in the document

  2. If you're viewing the policy wording on a desktop use Ctrl + F for windows or Command + F for mac to open the find tool - from here you can search for key terms you're most interested in to help you find the most relevant sections

  3. Reach out to us!
