Here's how to make changes to your policy:
Log in to the customer portal
Click on 'View Policy'
Click on 'Want to make a change?'
Make the changes and click 'Finalise the adjustments'
Just so you know, changes may affect the price of your policy. We may also charge you a fee for certain changes, but we'll let you know if this is going to happen.
Please note that you cannot change your coverage level or the insured address on your policy so if you move house you'll need to cancel your policy and purchase new cover for your new address.
