To see if your policy is set to automatically renew or not, you can check your settings in the customer portal.
Regardless of if you're set to automatically renew your policy or not, we will email you in plenty of time before your policy expires with a renewal quote. If you've opted in for automatic renewals and you're happy with your quote, you don't have to do anything. We'll take payment and send you all your policy documents.
If you’ve opted out of automatic renewals, you’ll need to manually make a payment. If we don’t hear from you, your policy and renewal quote will expire, and you'll need to get a new quote for us to protect your home, its contents or both after the end of your current policy.
