How do I cancel?
You can cancel your policy at any time in the customer portal > view policy > 'Want to make a change?' and the cancellation option is at the bottom of the screen.
Cancelling within 14 days
If you're within 14 days of your policy start or renewal date, or when you receive your policy or renewal documents (whichever is later) you can cancel and receive a refund for your premium paid so far minus the cancellation fee. Please note you'll only receive a refund if you haven't and don't intend to make a claim.
Cancelling after 14 days
Cancellations after 14 days are still accepted however we'll keep some of the premium paid to account for the time you've been covered.
If you haven't and don't intend to make a claim, the rest of your premium paid will be refunded minus the cancellation fee
If you have or intend to make a claim you'll need to pay the full premium plus a cancellation fee and we won't issue a refund
