We charge a fee to arrange your policy (arrangement fee) which is paid when you purchase your policy and is non-refundable
We charge a cancellation fee if you're cancelling after 14 days of your policy start date - no cancellation fee applies if you cancel within 14 days
We charge a fee when you make a change to your policy
