What happens if I miss a monthly payment?

To prevent any interruptions to your policy, it's important to keep your payment information up to date.

If we're not able to take a payment when it's due we'll notify you via email to request a payment and a late payment fee may apply. If we don't receive payment within 15 days or in cases of repeated late payment, we'll unfortunately need to cancel your policy and a cancellation fee may apply.

If there are any issues relating to making your payment on time, please contact our Customer Champions so that we can help.

Please note:

  • If you pay your premium in monthly payments and fail to make a payment, we may not be able to offer you the option to pay monthly when you renew your policy

  • You can find the cancellation and late payment fees in our terms and conditions
