To prevent any interruptions to your policy, it's important to keep your payment information up to date.
If we're not able to take a payment when it's due we'll notify you via email to request a payment and a late payment fee may apply. If we don't receive payment within 15 days or in cases of repeated late payment, we'll unfortunately need to cancel your policy and a cancellation fee may apply.

Please note:
If you pay your premium in monthly payments and fail to make a payment, we may not be able to offer you the option to pay monthly when you renew your policy
