How can I correct a mistake on my policy?

Mistakes can invalidate your policy. So it’s important to let us know if you need to update your details or correct any errors as soon as possible. To update your policy:

  1. Log in to the customer portal

  2. Click on 'View Policy'

  3. Click on 'Want to make a change?'

  4. Make the changes and click 'Finalise the adjustments'

In some cases, we may charge a fee to correct mistakes on your policy. But we'll let you know if this is going to happen.
