Mistakes can invalidate your policy so it’s important to let us know if you need to update your details or correct any errors as soon as possible. To update your policy:
Log in to the customer portal
Click on 'Make changes to your policy'
Make the changes and click through to view any adjustments to your premium before confirming the change
Just so you know, changes may affect the price of your policy. We may also charge you a fee for certain changes, but we'll let you know if this is going to happen.
Please note that you cannot change your coverage level or the insured address on your policy so if you move house you'll need to cancel your policy and purchase new cover for your new address.
