The following documents together make up your insurance contract and should be read in conjunction with each other:

  • Your policy wording

  • Your policy schedule

  • Your statement of facts

Policy wording

Your policy wording explains the policy coverage and any conditions and exclusions that apply.

Policy schedule

Your policy schedule includes specific information relating to your policy such as:

  • Your policy number

  • Type of home insurance cover you bought from us

  • Insurance period

  • Your cover limits and excesses that’ll apply if you make a claim

Statement of facts

Your statement of facts is a record of the information provided by you or on your behalf when you applied for your insurance policy. You'll need to tell us immediately if anything is incorrect, incomplete or missing.

Where can I find my policy documents?

We’re transparent, every step of the way. So before you buy home insurance from us, you’ll find the policy wording and product information sheet on screen. Then, once you’ve made a payment, we’ll share the policy wording, product information sheet and policy schedule on screen again. We’ll also upload all the documents to your customer portal and email them to you.
